What should I avoid before my treatment?
To ensure your treatment is safe and effective, please avoid the following:
Alcohol for 24–48 hours (reduces swelling and irritation)
Caffeine for 12–24 hours (minimizes sensitivity)
Blood thinners like Aspirin, Ibuprofen, Naproxen, and Vitamin E for 3–7 days (check with your doctor)
Sun exposure or tanning for 7 days (prevents pigmentation issues)
Intense exercise for 24 hours (reduces bruising or swelling)
Harsh skincare or facial treatments for 3–5 days (avoid retinol, acids, or peels)
Why are these guidelines important?
Following these steps helps us keep you safe and ensures the best possible results from your treatment.
How much notice do I need to cancel or reschedule?
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice before your appointment.
What happens if I cancel late or don’t show up?
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments will be charged 50% of the booked treatment value. Payment is required before a new booking can be made.
What if I arrive late?
Arriving late may shorten your treatment time to keep our schedule on track. A R60 late fee applies.
What if I need to reschedule often?
We understand life happens, but repeated cancellations or no‑shows may require a booking deposit for future appointments.
Why do you have these policies?
Your cooperation allows us to deliver the best experience for all clients and maintain smooth scheduling.
